Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Jason Motte Foundation. We ask anyone wishing to volunteer please complete our Volunteer Application. Please note, completion of the application does not guarantee a volunteer position. If you application is approved, you will be contacted for volunteer opportunities when available.

The Jason Motte Foundation is happy to donate an auction item to your organization if your request reflects our mission and benefits cancer research or families battling cancer. Due to the large number of request we receive, we can only fulfill requests on a yearly basis. Request must be received 8 weeks prior to event date.

We appreciate you thinking of the Jason Motte Foundation and helping us Strike Out Cancer by becoming our teammate in the Fight Against Cancer. We believe there is no fundraiser too small as every dollar can help Strike Out Cancer. The Jason Motte Foundation sends care packages to cancer patients of all ages. If you have someone you would like us to send a care package to, please complete our care package form.

The Jason Motte Foundation appreciates your inquiry to obtain an autographed item from our co-founder, Jason Motte. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to provide autographed items, unless you are hosting an event to benefit cancer research or a family battling cancer. We do not accept donations in exchange for autographs and we do not autograph items received through the mail.
